LAST MONTH, ACTOR Hugh Dane passed away at the age of 75.
Over the course of his career, Hugh had appeared in several massive comedy movies and series including The Fresh Prince of Bel Air (where he played Nelson, the barber), Bridesmaids and The Office (where he played Hank the Security Guard).
The news of his death was only made public last night, after Rainn Wilson (who played Dwight Schrute in The Office) shared a clip from the TV show that they worked on together.
Rainn said that Hugh Dane was “one of the greats. So kind, funny and talented.”
Fans also expressed how much they appreciated Hugh’s work.

The Office stars paid tribute to Hank the Security Guard on Twitter after actor Hugh Dane passed away
LAST MONTH, ACTOR Hugh Dane passed away at the age of 75.
Over the course of his career, Hugh had appeared in several massive comedy movies and series including The Fresh Prince of Bel Air (where he played Nelson, the barber), Bridesmaids and The Office (where he played Hank the Security Guard).
